Premium Registration: Families seeking an au pair only pay to advertise their vacancy and to contact prospective au pairs. Au pairs only pay a disbursement fee for unlimited email access and the hosting of a video message. These premium registration are not completed until full payment has been received. At our absolute discretion we may cancel the premium registration of any family or au pair, without providing a reason or a refund. In using this website you agree to accept our decision in this matter. You may cancel your premium registration up to 14 days after the date on which you submit payment as long as you haven't used our service. Once you have accessed any au pair or family profile or a message from an au pair, our premium service is deemed to be provided completely.
